IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PTO MEETINGS

PTO meetings are held Quarterly - dates and time are TBD

2023-2024 PTO meetings will be held September and November

2023-2024 PTO meetings will be held February and May

PTO meetings will be held in the school cafeteria

If for some reason the PTO meetings become unavailable to meet in person then the PTO will utilize Google Meet to host the meeting virtually

If the meeting is held virtually please send a request to tcetigerpto@gmail.com for a link to join the meeting whether calling in or joining the meeting live

If you join the meeting from your mobile device, you will need a non-school gmail account to be able to join the meeting and/or download the google meet app

School emails/computers will not allow you to join the meeting virtually. You must use a non-school computer and account to join the meeting

There will be an option to call-in to the meeting
